Terms and Conditions


The Orchester1756 GmbH (hereinafter referred to as O1756) sells tickets for their own events.


1. Conclusion of the Contract
By purchasing tickets, contractual relationships regarding the event arise only between the buyer (customer) and the event organiser. Contents are as follows. The O1756 does not grant the correctness of dates for their own events stated on websites of other box offices. With the ordering of the tickets, the customer instructs the O1756 to carry out the purchase of the tickets in any case. The offer for the conclusion of the contract through the e-commerce is delivered by the customer by sending in the order form completely filled in. The receipt of the order will be confirmed via email to the customer. The statutory provision applies for ticket purchases in person, in writing or by phone.


2. Prices and Charges
The prices for the tickets stated in the order forms, on the internet or in other ways include the advance booking and processing fee and VAT currently in force.


3. Ticket Return
Contracts for services in the area of recreational activities are not subject to the Distance Selling Act (Fernabsatzgesetz §5f. Nr. 7 BGBl I 185/ 1999), therefore revocation and return of tickets are excluded. The relevant information can be checked on our website www.orchester1756.com. Refund of a lost ticket is not possible. Return of a ticket is possible on cancellation of the event but only when handing in the original tickets (no copies).Cast, programme and beginning may be subject to change and do not entitle the client to refund or exchange the tickets. No admission after the beginning of the concert.

4. The customer carries the responsibility to check the details on the tickets. In case of any mistake, please contact the O1756 directly. The customer also takes the responsibility to inform himself about the (quick changing) regulations. Due to the Corona-Crisis it is possible that you are may not allowed enter without beeing douple or triple vaccinated and additional having PCR-Test. Please be aware that regulatories may vary from city to city and are not the same all over Austria.

5. Purchasing tickets for commercial resale without prior agreement of the O1756 is prohibited.

6. House rules
On purchasing a ticket, the visitor accepts the house rules of the respective venue. We reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who are not dressed appropriately, are intoxicated, aggressive or too young (especially children under the age of 6). If a child is 6 years old or older but unable to follow a classical concert, the child may be denied admission.


7. Payment Policy
The deadline of payment is 14 days on receipt of invoice. After expiry of this period, a fine of EUR 10,00 will be charged, after another 14 days, the fine will amount to EUR 20,00. After an unsuccessful second dunning attempt, the O1756 will hand over the matter to a collection agency. The O1756 accepts the following credit cards: Master Card and Visa. It is also possible to pay via bank transfer as well as cash or via Maestro Card directly at the door.


8. Photography, video and sound recordings
during the event are not permitted. Visitors consent to the publishing or other use of any image of their person recorded by chance in the course of any type of recording, in particular photography, television, film or video recordings during the event.

 

9. Disclaimer for indirect damage and consequential damage
If the concert is cancelled by the O1756 the customer is not entitled to damages to compensate him for the loss. For example, if the customer plans a trip to visit one of our concerts, cancellation fees for flights and hotels cannot be charged in the event of a concert cancellation, unless this was explicitly negotiated before the tickets were purchased.


10. The place of jurisdiction
is the city of Salzburg. The terms and conditions shall be subject to Austrian law.

 

11. The place of jurisdiction
We do not submit ourselves to any alternative dispute resolution procedure.
